Debra joins our team bringing with her vast expertise and knowledge of business development.  Owing to her her energetic, dedicated and can do approach to organization, everything in the back office runs with the precision of a Swiss time piece. This means that out in the field we can give our full focus to supporting instructors and our program ensuring the highest quality of service for our participants. Because she also thrives in a people environment and likes working in a collaborative atomosphere with young people, she becomes a valuable asset on site when camps are in session.
